My favorite read of the year! I love Madeline Miller. She’s one of those authors you wish would write faster so you can devour the next book far too quickly. This book was hands down the most breathtaking historical fantasy I’ve ever read. It’s whimsical and beautifully written. I was addicted from the very first chapter and loved the retelling of this epic mythology tale. The love story and friendship between the two main characters are both heartbreaking and swoon-worthy. And the audiobook version is amazing as well!
